New Jersey Hunger Project Meal-Packing Event

My Role: Volunteer
On July 20, 2024, fellow STEP members and I partnered with One Project and the New Jersey Hunger Project to help pack meals for local food pantries. Our collective effort resulted in packing 150,624 meals in a single day. The meals were distributed to local food pantries across the state, directly helping to combat food insecurity in our communities. This hands-on experience demonstrated the power of community-wide efforts to address a pressing local issue.
